In order to further ensure the safety applicability of chemical grouting materials in the grouting process of underground coal mine, and improve their comprehensive performance indicators, based on the research and analysis of chemical grouting materials at home and abroad, a new type of polymer chemical grouting material, Gutelong (GN-2), was developed to match with aluminous-soil mudstone after water flowing, which is specially used in the condition of tunnel water inrush. The physical and chemical reaction mechanism was studied, and the optimized formulation of hydrophilic Gutelong was analyzed. Through laboratory test research, the various physical and mechanical properties of Goodelon were tested. A field industrial test was carried out in the downhill roadway in the roof fall section to reinforce the head-on broken roof and coal wall in the downhill and roof fall area in advance, so that the soft and broken coal rock mass above the roof beam in the roof falling area was cemented as a whole.
