There is a very close relationship between coal ash composition and coal ash fusibility. The fusion temperature of coal ash depends on the composition of coal ash. Through experiment, the effects of SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, Fe203, CaO and other components of coal ash on the melting temperature of coal ash were discussed, the influence of coal ash composition on ash fusion temperature was analyzed, the relationship between coal ash composition and coal ash fusibility was discussed. It is of practical significance to examine and evaluate the ash composition and ash fusibility results of coal and to evaluate the coal for power coal gasification.
