The transportation system plays an important role in coal transportation and marketing. A reliable coal transportation system is of great significance to the normal production of coal mines. Taking Xishan Coal Power Group as an example, the basic structure and specific process of its coal transportation system were introduced, with analysis of the actual effect and benefit. The results showed that the system made the coal transportation process more standardized, improved the coal transportation efficiency and controlled the transportation cost.
