Development and industrial test of new environmental protection coal antifreeze

Chlorine is one of the common harmful elements in coal. Traditional chlorine salt type coal antifreeze due to its high chlorine content, may make the chlorine content in coal to multiple even dozens of times, beyond the export restrictions on chlorine content in coal, at the same time, the introduction of a large number of chlorine, making the corrosion of the metal, producing acid gases of hydrogen chloride in great quantities in environmental pollution. To avoid these situations, the research developed a kind of antifreeze superior performance, high stability, a new type of environmental protection of coal antifreeze, through a large number of experiments, and the rust corrosion resistant performance and the comprehensive performance of the in-depth research, respectively in coal preparation plant of Yujialiang Mine and Hlagou Mine for the industrial test. The results showed that the performance of the antifreeze met the requirements of "technical conditions of antifreeze for bulk granular cargo transportation", and the chlorine content of the antifreeze was extremely low.
