Based on rapid mining speed at present, spraying lagging behind mining, leads to the weathering of roadway, new rapid spray process was applied in north Zhangba Mine, No. 2 mining area of No. 1 Mine in Yangquan Mining Industry, JB-560 blender, 2ZB-200/4-22 mine grouting pump and new rapid spray material were adopted to match materials proportioning and construct scientifically. The result showed that the technology was superior to the traditional spraying, in the 1 000 m roadway construction, man efficiency improved by 2.11 m, artificial cost reduced by 342 000 RMB, the comprehensive cost reduced by 403 000 RMB, with good effect.
