In order to simplify the process flow and reduce the production energy consumption, Matou Washing Plant reformed the slime water treatment process after coal quality analysis. The grading cyclone and laminated high-frequency vibrating screen are used to replace the original process, so as to realize the classification and desliming of coarse slime, and reduce and control the amount of flotation. After the tailings of gangue magnetic separator are intercepted and recovered in advance by the combination of concentrated cyclone and high frequency screen, the overflow of concentrated cyclone and the underflow of high frequency screen enter the thickener together with the flotation tailings. Tail coal pressure filtration combined with the use of new filter aids to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. After the implementation of the transformation, it not only brings good economic benefits, but also makes the slime water treatment process of Matou washing plant more perfect and the product quality more stable.
