Abstract： Aiming at the common faults of XZQ1648 separator in Huayang No. 1 Coal Preparation Plant, this paper analyzes and studies them, improves their design, and applies them in practice. Practice shows that the improved sorting effect is good, the stability and reliability of the equipment are enhanced, the service life of the parts is improved, and the maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced.
