Abstract：This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the control of medium consumption in Matou washing plant, and introduces the strict acceptance of the quality of the incoming medium in Matou washing plant, the medium consumption control in the production process and the technical transformation of a number of recovery equipment, which are used to improve the recovery efficiency of the medium recovery equipment and other technical measures to reduce the medium consumption, so that the medium consumption is controlled below 0.60 kg/t, which effectively reduces the medium consumption and saves the production cost.
