Abstract： Based on the analysis of the current situation of coal slime water system in Shaping Coal Washing Plant, aiming at the problems of coal slime argillization, insufficient treatment capacity of pressure filter for fine slime, decline of single unit treatment capacity, insufficient capacity of coal slime water system, restriction of production efficiency, and unsuitable recovery of fine slime, through the transformation of coal slime water process system and the adjustment of coal slime water trend, the separation operation of concentration tank is realized, and the purpose of separation and transformation of coal slime properties is achieved. It realizes the optimization of production process, ensures the washing balance, and achieves the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
