Abstract：Aiming at the problems of blind area and low slime treatment capacity in plate and frame filter press flow meter detection, the drainage induction device based on electromagnetic induction and gravity balance principle was studied and applied in Shaping Coal Washing Plant combined with filter press structure. The system realizes automatic discharge by controlling the moisture content of coal slime, and the filtering effect is obvious, which improves the processing efficiency of coal slime. At the same time, it can quickly identify the fault, and reduce the labor cost, equipment maintenance cost and coal slime transportation cost, providing reference for the transformation of filter press in coal washing plants under similar conditions.
