In order to solve the problem of high overflow ash in the traditional TBS coarse coal sludge sorting system, the bottom flow with coal was large, and the effective sorting size class was narrow. The new three-product TBS sorting system was optimized, which adopted internal and external sleeve structure, and the problems such as poor separation effect of coarse coal sludge and difficult separation. The test results showed that the new three-product TBS sorting system effectively reduced the amount of wasted coal, improved the density and the efficiency of the coarse coal slurry and particle size composition, the three kinds of separated products met the requirements of coal slurry separation. At the same time, the new three-product TBS sorting system can sort coarse coal of different quality and improve the yield of coal by nearly 6.5%. The combination of slurry, inner chamber pre-discharge and outer chamber selection not only improved the yield of clean coal, but also effectively reduced the band of TBS underflow, improved the recovery of fine coal.
