Abstract:Intelligent monitoring of mine hoist is an important measure and means to improve the level of coal mine informatization. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of Dongqu Mine, the monitoring system of JKMD-3.5*4 main shaft hoist in the mine is designed and implemented. The system can collect the running state data information of the key parts of the hoist in real time, and can effectively perceive the environmental parameters around the hoist. The system uses Siemens smart 200 series PLC controller. The models of vibration, yaw, temperature and sound sensors are CA-YD-3100, RP6622, PT100 and SV-6005 respectively. The system was applied to the engineering practice of Dongqu Mine. After one year of use, the reliability of the system was verified, and the failure rate of the equipment was reduced by more than 35%.
