Abstract： Aiming at the problem of difficult cleaning of coal accumulation in belt conveyor in coal transportation, this paper designs and develops a bottom coal accumulation cleaning device based on Wangzhuang Coal Mine. The device mainly cleans the coal at the bottom of the belt to the spacious road surface through a special trolley, and then is transported to the main belt by the hoist to realize the coal cleaning process. The field practice shows that the use of the cleaning device solves the problem that the coal accumulation of the conveyor is difficult to clean up. At the same time, it solves the problem of fire and belt wear caused by coal accumulation at the bottom of the belt, and greatly reduces the maintenance personnel of the belt conveyor, further liberates the labor force, and brings economic benefits to the mine. It can be popularized and used in the belt conveyor of the same type of mine.
