Hoist is the necessary equipment in coal mine production, but the energy consumption of traditional hoist is too large. The 2JK-4X2.1 mine hoist was installed and used in the shaft sinking construction of the return air shaft in Huayang No. 1 Coal Mine. The hoist used the series resistance speed control electric control system. The energy consumption was large and the stability was poor, resulting in low work efficiency and frequent faults. In order to solve this problem, the original speed control system was transformed into a JKD/GBP-NT high-voltage variable-frequency speed control system for energy saving. Practice shows that the reformed system can simplify working procedures, save energy and improve work efficiency.
