Abstract: In order to improve the energy utilization rate of air compressor and solve the problem of poor cooling effect of air-cooled air compressor in summer, taking Duanwang Mine as an example, a heat recovery and utilization system of air compressor is designed. Through the heat recovery and utilization system, the air compressor is recovered to produce bath hot water, which improves the energy utilization rate of the air compressor and achieves the purpose of cooling the air compressor. Economic analysis shows that the static investment recovery period of the project is 1.05 a, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
