Abstract:The south air shaft of Chensilou Coal Mine is constructed by drilling method. Although the retractable device is set up, it has produced large deformation, the stress of the shaft wall is more complex, and the safety hazard is becoming more and more serious. It is necessary to evaluate the stress and deformation safety state of the shaft wall to prevent the occurrence of disasters. In view of this situation, the design position, the number of compressible layers, the bearing capacity of compressible layers and the structural design of compressible layers are introduced. The deformation monitoring and safety evaluation technology of drilling shaft wall are studied. The intelligent on-line monitoring system of shaft wall stress and deformation is established to grasp its stress state in time and make a reasonable evaluation of its safety situation, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing sudden shaft wall fracture disaster in advance. It provides a basis for the treatment of shaft wall fracture disaster, provides a strong technical guarantee for mine safety production, and can produces good economic and social benefits.
