Abstract: In order to solve the problem of roadway support in No.8270 heading face of Yangdong Mine, the full anchor cable support technology was innovatively applied for the first time, and the stability of roadway surrounding rock under the full anchor cable support technology was analyzed by numerical simulation test. The results showed that the original design of four roof anchor cables combined with roof bolt and trapezoidal beam combined support layout, the support form was now changed to full anchor cable (long and short anchor cable coordination). By analyzing the stress displacement cloud diagram roadway and the deformation of surrounding rock, the maximum subsidence value of roadway roof was 53.52mm, the maximum displacement of two sides was 74.9 mm, the maximum subsidence value of roof and the displacement of two sides were small, and the surrounding rock of roadway was stable. This support method could effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock. The cost of full anchor cable support was far less than that of anchor cable + bolt support, which realized the economic, safe, fast and efficient tunneling of roadway.
