Abstract:No.3503 roadway of Yamei Daning Mine was affected by mining stress during the mining period of No.305 fully mechanized mining face, and there were phenomena such as roof compression deformation, failure of bolt and anchor cable, and local roof fall. The stability of surrounding rock was seriously damaged, which affected the safety of production. Through the advanced grouting reinforcement technology, grouting reinforcement was carried out at the position of the arch and two sides of the roadway, so that the slurry filled the rock gap and solidifies it into one, so as to reduce the deformation of the roadway and improve the overall strength of the surrounding rock. The strength of coal before grouting was 8.85 MPa, and the strength of coal after grouting was 12.79 MPa. The increase of coal strength before and after grouting was 3.94 MPa, and the increase ratio was 44.52 %. When the fully mechanized mining face was advanced to the grouting area, there was no spalling and roof fall in the roadway, and the displacement of the two sides of the roadway was 154 ~ 571 mm, the roof subsidence was 215 ~ 400 mm, and the floor heave was 371 ~ 700 mm. The deformation of the roadway after grouting was always within the controllable range, and the curing effect of the roadway was obvious.
