Abstract: In this paper, taking the rotary table of EBZ-300 longitudinal roadheader in Shuerli Coal Industry as an example, combined with the rotary table and adjacent structure, the rotary table model of roadheader is constructed. Based on this, the finite element analysis of the rotary table of roadheader is carried out, and the weak points of the rotary table are pointed out. According to the analysis results, the optimization scheme of the rotary table of roadheader is put forward. Finally, the optimization scheme is applied to the engineering practice of Shuerli Coal Industry to test the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
