Taking the main haulage roadway in the sixth panel of Changping Company as the research object, aiming at the problems of rib spalling and roof fall encountered by the heading face passing through the fault, the roof stress distribution trend is analyzed. On this basis, the rigid-flexible coupling grouting technology of deep and shallow zoning is proposed. The application and reinforcement effect of the new grouting reinforcement technology are calculated and analyzed by FLAC3D software. The field monitoring results show that after the application of the rigid-flexible coupling grouting technology in deep and shallow zones, the approaching amount of the roof and the coal wall of the coal roadway working face crossing the fault are obviously reduced, which solves the problems of rib spalling and roof falling of the tunneling working face crossing the fault and ensures the safety of the working face mining.
