Abstract: In order to solve the problem that large area hanging roof was difficult to collapse in hard roof of No. 8119 Face in Baidong Coal Mine, static expansive agent fracturing roof technology was proposed. Combined with the action mechanism of static expansive agent, the drilling design and grouting process standard were formulated. Through field construction feedback, the hanging top area and hanging top distance were reduced, and the problem of harmful gas accumulation was solved. It laid a solid foundation for the realization of high yield and high efficiency of coal mines, and had reference significance for the safe mining of coal mines under similar conditions.
