Abstract： Based on the formula of silicate modified polyurethane grouting material and adding a certain proportion of epoxy resin, silicate epoxy resin composite modified polyurethane grouting material was prepared. By measuring the maximum reaction temperature and related mechanical properties of grouting materials, the effects of different proportions of epoxy resin on the properties of grouting materials were analyzed. The results show that adding a certain proportion of epoxy resin to the formula of silicate modified polyurethane grouting material can greatly improve the mechanical properties of the material on the premise of having little effect on the maximum reaction temperature of the material.
