Abstract:The coal mine reactive polymer materials were classified according to the purpose of underground application. The relevant materials used in grouting reinforcement, cavity filling, gas control, fire prevention, fire extingwishing materials and water control were described in detail. The composition, reaction mechanism, product characteristics, advantages and disadvantages and application range of polymer materials were discussed and analyzed, and the related standards and requirements were given. The composition, application methods, advantages and disadvantages of polyurethane, water glass polyurethane, phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin and other polymer materials were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of polymer materials in coal mine application are analyzed, and the development of future products is prospected.
