In order to improve the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway, the 22605 working face of Zhenchengdi Mine was used as the research background, and the stress-strain of the surrounding rock of the roadway was studied by using numerical simulation software, and it was found that the sinking amount of the roadway roof and the deformation amount of the coal column of the roadway were large under the original support conditions. The deformation of the roadway roof and coal pillar gang was effectively controlled after grouting reinforcement, which made a certain contribution to the stability of the roadway.
