Abstract： Directional drilling hole technology is more and more mature and widely used. Directional drilling hole is not only used in gas extraction, but also more important in the field of mine geology. Taking Hudi Coal Industry of Jinneng Holding Coal Group as an example, the technical application of directional drilling hole in mine geology was analyzed and summarized. The results showed that the directional drilling hole had the advantages of long detection distance and high detection accuracy in detecting water damage, geological structure and coal seam development. The application effect of directional drilling hole in mine geology was remarkable.
