Abstract： Based on the comprehensive analysis of previous geological and hydrological geological detection, coal quality and gas data in Xingdong Mine, the geological type of Xingdong Mine is divided into extremely complex type according to the requirements of 'Coal Mine Geological Work Regulations'. The classification of geological type provides a scientific basis for guiding the future geology and damage prevention work in Xingdong Mine and maximizing the liberation of coal resources affected by geological damage.
