Abstract: Due to the complexity of geological structure and regional design, the length of working face is constantly changing during mining, and the number of demolition and relocation is frequent. In view of this problem, taking the corner coal area of 80620 working face in Huayang No. 1 Coal Mine as an example, according to the existing geological conditions of the working face, the length of the working face and the trapezoidal section of the working face, the integral roof beam combined suspension hydraulic support was applied in the design of the working face in the corner coal area from the aspects of safety, reliability, economy, transportation and employment, which met the production needs of 80620 working face in Huayang No. 1 Coal Mine.
