In order to further explore the factors affecting the quality of mixed dibasic acid, combined with years of dibasic acid production experience and related experimental data, this article focuses on summarizing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two production processes of mixed dibasic acid, namely the semi-continuous method and the continuous method. The optimization adjustment control method of the continuous production process of mixed dibasic acid is proposed to achieve the purpose of reducing the nitric acid content of the mixed dibasic acid product and increasing its purity, further improving the quality of the mixed dibasic acid, and reflecting the quality advantages of the mixed dibasic acid product.This article also put forward the requirements for the color and chroma of the mixed dibasic acid to downstream customers, and put forward a new control idea. Combined with the experimental data of the adsorption effect of the resin reactor, it is concluded that the content of the catalyst in the mixed dibasic acid directly affects it. Color and chromaticity, and proposed innovative optimization schemes.
