In order to remove acid hydrogen sulfide gas and carbon dioxide gas produced by gas purification in methanol production process, carbon dioxide compressor was used for recovery. The process flow of carbon dioxide compressor was introduced, wide temperature and sulfur resistant partial conversion process and a low temperature methanol washing process were used to remove acid gas in carbon monoxide conversion and feed gas, by controlling the hydrocarbon ratio in the feed gas, the formation of carbonyl iron and higher alcohol can be reduced. The results show that the use of the carbon dioxide compressor can maximize the recovery and utilization of excess carbon dioxide gas, and achieve the purpose of reducing carbon dioxide gas emissions reduction.
