Shanxi Jinshen Shaping Mine 1815 working face channel coal seam top and bottom mudstone layer strength was low, with weak support ability, easy to be damaged by water and weathering erosion, support and maintenance management was difficult, it was proposed to optimize the support parameters, construction technology, roadway surface slurry coverage protection and other roadway comprehensive support program, through theoretical analysis and field application, the results showed that, after using the program, the maximum amount the roadway plate shift deformation was 376 mm, and the amount of deformation in the side area was 258 mm, which were within the reasonable deformation range.
