Based on insufficient ventilation capacity of ventilation fans, high resistance to local tunnel ventilation, and difficulties in supplying air to mining sites in Guangdao Mine, in order to meet the actual ventilation demand, an optimization plan for multi-area balanced ventilation system was designed.By replacing the main ventilation fan and optimizing the multi-area balanced ventilation system, the original ventilation system of the mine was modified, and the effect of each modification measure was solved to ensure the effectiveness of the modification and meet the wind requirements of the mine, which provided reference for the optimization of the ventilation system in similar mines.
