Based on the ventilation deficiency of some mine, ventilation resistance was measured, problems of the ventilation system were analyzed, adding auxiliary return air roadway and air return shaft, northern air shaft, auxiliary air return roadway and countershaft drilling in coal seam were put forward, mine ventilation 3 d dynamic simulation system was applied to simulate the three plans, adding auxiliary return air roadway and air return shaft plan was adopted, the optimized plan solved the insufficient ventilation of the mine.
