Glass and transparent plastic materials are widely used in daily life, automobile, protection and so on. The surface antifogging of the above materials is the best treated with antifogging agent. The antifogging agents are divided into inner additve and outer coated types according to the use methods. The antifogging mechanisms and use methods of the antifogging agents were summarized, the research progresess of types of antifogging agents including inner additive, surfactant and polymer, photocatalyst super hydrophilic and hydrophobic were summarized,and their application prospects were also prospected.
