In order to solve the glass melting process problems, by adjusting the furnace four stability ( steady temperature, liquid level kiln atmosphere pressure stability, stable raw line, stability ) and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas measures, to meet the requirements of environmental protection of the greenhouse gas emissions, the single lance for the kiln adjustment of fuse, the electric power distribution, and single gun atmosphere adjustment, reducing the energy consumption and increasing the temperature of liquid glass, strengthening glass liquid convection, improving the uniformity of the glass.
