There are many kinds of urea-based compound fertilizer, and all kinds of granulation have their own characteristics. The characteristics of the urea-based compound fertilizer ( urea-based high nitrogen fertilizer, urea-based balanced fertilizer, urea-based nitrogen-potassium fertilizer and urea-based high potassium fertilizer ) and the influencing factors of granulation process( material temperature, material humidity, liquid-solid ratio, tubular reactor N / P ) were introduced. It is pointed out that in the production of the urea-based compound fertilizer, it is necessary to make targeted adjustment according to various granulating characteristics, grasp the granulating characteristics of various urea-based compound fertilizers in time and accurately, so as to keep the production in a stable and high-yielding state and thus reduce the production energy consumption, improve product quality, reduce equipment failure, ensure the stable operation of the equipments.
