Determination of nitrosamines in water by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

A method for the analysis of seven nitrosamines in water by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MSMS) was developed. The optimum experimental conditions were obtained by optimizing the SPE column, elution reagent and temperature rise program. The experimental results demonstrate that the linear relationship of the 7 objects is good, the correlation coefficient reaches 0.999 ~ 0.9998, the standard recovery rate reaches 88.8% ~ 110%, and the relative standard deviation is 1% ~ 6.8%. The method is easy, rapid, sensitive and stable, and is suitable for the detection of nitrosamines in water.
