Water inrush accidents were occurred frequently in complicate hydrological condition when threatened by Ordovician limestone aquifer and thin layer under pressure mining floor. In order to ensure safety of mine drainage, avoid water inrush point damaged by flow action, prevent accidents in panel flooding, mine flooding and adjacent region, as well as create conditions for water gushing point blocking, water control technique of building floodgate wall in a short time under hydrodynamic conditions was particularly critical and important. Integrated technologies such as no brush expansion roadway, embedded pipe and special material were used to build wall by rapid prototyping technology and surrounding rock grouting, which achieved rapid water control of water gate wall.
