Great economic losses and ecological destruction were caused by plenty of coal mine drainage, so water blocking played an important role in green coal mining. Linnancang mine’s new ventilation shaft occurred water inrush event when constructing the -650m shaft bottom drainage, the water quantity reached to 4.0 m3 / min and pressure was high to 4.5MPa. Grouting technologies including drilling hydrophobic, cap rock reinforcement, small pieces of high grouting, reasonable ratio of grout and intermittent after injection had overcame difficulties such as borehole collapse、high pressure moving water、grout leaking etc. The drainage cost would save 3 million per year and it decreased damage of underground water, which realized the expected effect.
