The traditional method of nitrogen impurity erythromycin is synthesized from erythromycin oxime by Backman rearrangement reaction, imino ether chemical reduction step synthesis. The synthetic process of nitrogen impurity erythromycin from erythromycin oxime " by one pot method" was studied.The experimental results show that the average quantity of material, the average content, the average net is 43.2 g, 95.15%, 41.09 g by the "one pot method", 42.7 g, 95.20%, 40.66 g by the traditional stepwise synthesis method. The "one pot method " for the nitrogen impurity erythromycin is feasible, and also can shorten the production cycle, improve yield, reduce material loss of solid material transfer process, improve the environmental protection benefit.
