Based on coal seam mining caving distribution characteristics, combined with the overburden rock mining fissure "O" type circle theory, the mined-out area partition, the physical model was established. Based on the characteristics of goaf porous media in different areas, the average hulking coefficient, permeability, porosity, and the partition set parameters in the fluent software were analyzed, simulation analysis of goaf flow field and gas distribution characteristics were made.
