粉煤光片的制作及技术优化研究

摘要

基于对传统粉煤光片的制作过程的研究，发现传统粉煤光片制作过程的缺陷，对缺陷进行了总结，并提出了一套制作粉煤光片的装置，在传统的制作工艺基础上引入超声波技术对粉煤光片制作进行技术优化，结果表明粉煤光片制作专用装置可以实现对粉煤光片的快速制作，保证粉煤光片的质量。

Abstract：

Based on the study of the traditional production process of polished grain mounts, it was found that the traditional polished grain mounts production process has some defeats , some defects in detail were summarized, a production of polished grain mounts device was proposed, the ultrasound technology to optimize production was introduced, the results showed that polished grain mounts device can achieve rapid production of polished grain mounts and ensure the quality of polished grain mounts at same time.
