In view of the characteristics of high salinity and high hardness of goaf water in the first mining area of No.3 Coal Mine of Pingshuo Coal Mine, and the problems of high cost and complex pipeline of traditional ground treatment methods, a set of on-site deep treatment and resource reuse system for underground water inrush based on vehicle-mounted mobile sodium ion exchange softening process is proposed and implemented. The system integrates modular water treatment equipment into the carrier of mine explosion-proof vehicle, makes full use of the idle roadway space in the underground, and realizes the efficient softening of high-hardness water gushing. The water quality meets the requirements of equipment cooling, spray dust reduction and emulsion preparation, reduces the discharge of mine water and the use of new water, and provides technical experience with both economic and environmental benefits for mining areas with similar conditions.
