The upgrade process safety monitoring system (KJ95N) of Tongfa Dongzhouyao Mine was taken as an example, the comprehensive digital early warning technology was introduced. The modified monitoring system realized the data fusion of industrial video, personnel positioning and emergency broadcast, with automatic fault diagnosis and self-evaluation function, which could realize abnormal alarm for the working status of monitoring equipment such as database storage and sensor substation. The plug-and-play operation mode can transfer various data to the client and support web client access and browsing functions, and the level of intelligence was improved, so that the mine could monitor all job site safety data in a timely and comprehensive manner.
