In order to solve the performance degradation of reverse osmosis membrane elements, to ensure the stable operation of membrane systems, and to reduce the occurrence of membrane pollution the law of distribution of pollutants on reverse osmosis membrane elements was summarized, the reasons for the production of pollutants to reverse osmosis membrane elements were introduced, and the methods for analyzing routine pollutants to membrane elements were summarized through an analysis on long-term operation of reverse osmosis membrane elements in chemical water processing systems, membrane overhaul and chemical rinsing etc.During the separation, purification and recycling process with reverse osmosis technology in chemical enterprises. Effective solutions and suggestions were finally proposed regarding the rinsing of membrane systems based on the long-term experience in rinsing of membrane elements and an analysis on the pollutants rinsed.
