Abstract:During the water inflow process of reverse osmosis membrane system, various substances are continuously concentrated and precipitated, resulting in fouling of membrane elements, thus affecting the overall performance of the membrane system. Due to the different pollution types of membrane systems in different treatment processes, in order to improve cleaning efficiency, reduce cleaning costs, and prevent irreversible damage to membranes caused by improper selection of agents, before chemical cleaning of membrane, the pollution type shall be comprehensively analyzed to master the actual pollution situation of the system. The characterization and analysis methods of membrane fouling types were summarized, the mechanism of the interaction between different cleaning agents such as acid, alkali and active agent and pollutants was introduced, and the research results of membrane cleaning agent formulations in different water treatment fields are summarized, which provides ideas for membrane cleaning work.
