The waste of resources in the original steam heating system in the production area of Zhangcun Coal Mine decided to connect the municipal heating to the mining area. According to the actual situation of Zhangcun Coal Mine production area, this paper analyzes and studies the transformation scheme of heating system in production area, mainly including the measures of moving gas boiler, building new standby heat exchange station, transforming heat exchange station and wellbore heating equipment. After the implementation, it is estimated that the annual heating cost will be saved by about 5.6165 million yuan, effectively saving resources and reducing operating costs. The scheme has popularization value for the transformation of heating system in similar mining areas.
