Abstract: Rapid water plugging under the condition of high broken floor was the difficulty of water prevention and control in coal mine. Through rapid determination of water outburst source, scientific arrangement of water plugging boreholes, injection of non-water-soluble polyurethane to transform pipeline flow into seepage, combined with reasonable grouting process, Mengjin Mine achieved good water plugging effect with high water plugging rate, short time and low cost. It was of great significance for Mengjin Mine to protect groundwater resources and eliminate mine safety hazards, and provided experience for similar water plugging projects in other mines.
