Abstract:The 1300 mining area of Xingdong Mine is a new mining area, and there are F15 and F19 water-conducting faults in the area. In order to explore and control the water-conducting faults, liberate the fault waterproof coal pillar, and control the Ordovician limestone in the footwall of the two water-conducting faults, increase the thickness of the water-resisting layer of the No.2 coal floor, the ground directional drilling water prevention and control project in the 1300 mining area of Xingdong Mine was carried out. Two drilling fields were designed in this project, numbered FZ2 and FZ3. Because the FZ2 drilling field is located in a small area inside the village, there is no space to build a grouting station after installing equipment such as drilling rigs. Therefore, the FZ2 drilling field grouting station is designed to be relocated to the FZ3 drilling field. The FZ2 drilling field adopts remote grouting, and the grouting distance is 1 400 m. This paper analyzes the construction effect of remote grouting in the ground grouting process, and demonstrates the feasibility of remote grouting without on-site grouting conditions.
