In order to ensure the safe mining of No. 15 Coal Seam in Yuxing Mine and accurately detect the height range of the ' two zones ' of the overlying strata after the mining to set up the corresponding waterproof and safe coal and rock pillars,the development height of the ' two zones ' of No. 15205 Face in Yuxing Mine was studied by means of 3DEC numerical simulation, double-end water plugging and leakage measuring device observation and borehole imaging trajectory instrument observation. The height of the water-conducting fracture zone was determined to be 54.45 m, which provided a reference for the mining of surface water and working face under aquifer under similar geological mining conditions in Yuxing Mine.
