Abstract:Research on the development law of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf of collapse column repaired by polyurethane is of great significance for understanding the filling of goaf of collapse column and the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion. In this paper, the numerical simulation technology is used to study the development law of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf with collapse column and polyurethane repair goaf with collapse column in combination with the specific state of demonstration mine. The results show that the range of oxidation zone in goaf with collapse column increases at the collapse column. The risk of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf with collapse column is large, and the spread speed of spontaneous combustion is obviously larger than that in normal goaf. After repairing the goaf of collapse column by polyurethane, the area of oxidation zone decreased significantly, which reduced the risk of coal spontaneous combustion. When spontaneous combustion occurs in the goaf with collapse column repaired by polyurethane, the spread speed of fire zone is slightly larger than that of normal goaf, which is obviously smaller than that of goaf with collapse column. The average CO concentration in the goaf with collapse column repaired by polyurethane is significantly higher than that in the goaf with collapse column and normal goaf. The research results can provide good and effective theoretical support for the filling of goaf with coal mine collapse column and the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.
